Right. We've built something rather special, and it's time to see how it performs in the real world. Not in my elegant little development environment where everything behaves, but in actual salons with actual clients and actual Tuesday morning chaos.
I'm looking for five Australian salons to help test Gordon. Melbourne preferred, though I'm open to the right fit anywhere in Australia.
In return, I need honest feedback. Not "everything's great!" politeness. Real input. "This booking flow feels clunky on Monday mornings" or "Why does the payment screen do that weird thing in direct sunlight?"
I'm rather particular about co-pilots.
You need to be genuinely interested in better software. Not just looking for free access. Actually caring about how technology—and AI—can support your salon rather than getting in the way.
You need time to give proper feedback—even if it's just ten minutes a week.
And you need to be running a proper operation. Not necessarily huge, but established. Professional. The kind of salon where details matter.
If we're a good fit, you'll get access to the full Gordon system. I'll walk you through setup personally—not a generic onboarding video, actual conversation about your salon.
Then you use it. Run your salon with it. Book appointments, process payments, manage your roster. All the daily operations.
When something's brilliant or frustrating or just slightly off, you tell me. That's the entire arrangement.
Head to bookedbygordon.com and fill in the form. We'll be in touch to have a proper chat about your salon and whether Gordon's the right fit.
I'm genuinely looking for five. Not fifty. Five salons who'll help us understand how Gordon performs when it matters.
Good software, like good gin, shouldn't burn on the way down.
Let's see if we've got it right.
Applications open now at bookedbygordon.com. I'll be reviewing them personally.
