If you just want the software with a taste of chatting with Gordon, The Walk-In has everything you need at a single location - just with limited conversations. If you find yourself chatting more than expected, upgrade to The Regular anytime - no penalty, no lock-in.

What's the difference between The Walk-In and The Member?

The Walk-In gives you full salon software with limited Gordon conversations - perfect for single-location salons who want to try conversation-based management before committing. The Member adds a second location and enough Gordon for daily check-ins. Most salons who start on The Walk-In upgrade within a few months once they see what Gordon can do.

What's included in the $349 setup fee?

Professional data import, onboarding support, and 20 SMS messages so you can test appointment reminders and client communications right away. If you commit to 12 months, the setup fee is waived entirely.

How do SMS messages work?

SMS messages aren't included in your monthly package. You pay 4¢ per message, only for what you actually send. We give you 20 messages to start with so you can test appointment reminders and client communications before committing to larger volumes.

Can I really cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If you're Commitment Free, cancel whenever you like with no penalty. If you've taken the 12-month commitment (with waived setup fee), you can still cancel anytime — you'll just need to pay the $349 setup fee you didn't pay upfront. Either way, you're in control.

Gordon is designed to be used — the plan descriptions give you a feel for the conversation volume each tier suits. If you find yourself wanting more, you can upgrade anytime with no penalty. Gordon won't suddenly stop working on you.

Because we're Australian, and we believe in doing one thing exceptionally well rather than many things adequately. Your data lives on Australian servers under Australian privacy laws. Our support team operates in Australian time zones and understands Australian salon operations. We comply with Australian regulations and integrate with Australian service providers. We're not interested in being everywhere. We're interested in being indispensable to Australian salon owners. When we expand internationally, we'll do it the same way - properly, deliberately, and with the same attention to detail.
