A few things you might be wondering 🤔

What happens if I run out of minutes?

You’re notified well before your balance runs low, so there’s always warning before you hit zero. If you do run out, calls keep going — extra minutes are simply billed at 30c/min, or turn on auto top-up and it’s handled before it becomes a problem.

What do top-ups cost?

30c per minute, in packs you can buy any time from your dashboard. Plan minutes work out to 20c/min as part of your monthly fee — top-ups just cover anything beyond that.

Can I top up automatically?

Yes, if you’d rather not think about it. Turn on auto top-up and your balance refills itself before it runs dry. Leave it off and we’ll simply warn you as it gets low instead.

Can I change plans later?

Any time. Phone gets busier, phone gets quieter — switch up or down whenever it suits.

Is there a lock-in contract?

No. Cancel any time.

Is GST included in the price?

Yes. The price on the card is the price you pay.

How do I get started?

Pick a plan and you’re live the same day. You’ll need a Square Appointments account connected — Gordon takes it from there.

What if I have more than one location, or need something different?

Talk to us. These three plans cover most salons, but if you’ve got multiple locations or needs outside the standard tiers, we’ll put together something that fits.
